Dr. Elizabeth Lombardo 

Dr. Elizabeth Lombardo (Dr. E) is often referred to as “America’s Most Trusted Celebrity Psychologist.” With a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and Master’s degree in physical therapy, Dr. Elizabeth Lombardo (or Dr. E, as her clients call her) helps clients discover skills to rewire their brains to optimize performance.

Considered Shaquille O’Neal’s “Head coach for Happiness,” Dr. E founded EleVive to empower athletes in cultivating their mindset so they can better mange their stress, feel more confident and perform better. 

Dr. E is also a regular media contributor, bestselling author and professional speaker.

Stephen Drum

Stephen Drum is a combat-tested Navy SEAL senior enlisted leader with 27 years of leading and developing high-performance teams.  He trained and led U.S. and foreign partner special operations forces on high-risk and strategically vital missions across the globe, including combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.  

Stephen recently co-developed and taught “Warrior Toughness” training for The U.S. Navy.  This vital program fundamentally changed the culture of the Navy in how it trains and prepares young sailors and officers for the acute stress of intense combat operations. During his Navy career, Stephen has personally trained thousands of elite military soldiers and Navy SEAL candidates, helping them succeed in some of the most demanding combat operations and training courses in the world.  

As a speaker and consultant, he helps individuals and organizations such as CDW,  Horizon Pharma, Assertio, and 9 Energy, develop leadership and performance strategies, so they can plan, prepare, and execute at the highest level-when it matters most! Steve works with athletes at EleVive to help them cultivate their peak performance.

Kelsey Schwab

Kelsey Schwab is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois, a Mental Performance Consultant, and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She received her M.A. Counseling: Clinical Mental Health and M.S. Human and Sport Performance from Adler University in Chicago, Il. Before her graduate studies, she received her B.A. Psychology with an Exercise Science minor while playing on the Women’s Soccer Team for four years at Concordia University Chicago. Kelsey has experience providing clinical and mental performance services to coaches, parents, and athletes from club levels all the way to the professional level. She enjoys taking from both her sport and clinical background to provide a holistic and collaborative approach to treatment in assisting her clients thrive in challenging situations.

Amy Cardamone

Amy Cardamone is a wife and mother of two teenagers. She attended the prestigious Interlochen Arts Academy for three years and moved on to major in dance at Point Park University. Pursuing her love of dance and performing, she worked as a performing apprentice with River North Dance Company in Chicago. She then shifted her path and taught dance for 21 years at Jenny’s Dance Centre as well as Lake Forest Dance Academy. It was in teaching where Amy found her true passion of teaching and helping develop the career of the young dancer. Moving on from her own dance career, in order to have more time home with her family in the evenings, Amy took on the role as a teaching assistant at a school in Grayslake. She was able to make strong connections with the children of all ages, both at the studio and in education, enhancing their skills, training and building strong relationships. Amy is grateful to now have the opportunity to continue her passion of preparing and providing skills for young people to becoming their truest, most resilient self.
